Pool Certification
As of 29th April 2013 all swimming pools and spas must be registered with the swimming pool register, and as of 29th April 2016 if you are selling or leasing a property with a pool or spa you need a certificate of compliance or certificate of non compliance.
We will provide you with a checklist prior to inspection to minimise follow up inspections therefore saving you time and money, and if your pool is non-compliant we will walk through the issues with you and can advise on the most realistic way to make your pool compliant. We are here to help.
New Build Handover Report
A final/Handover report is a post construction inspection which identifies any defects/incomplete work or substandard finishes. Handover inspections can be carried out on New buildings, units or additions to buildings. We will make sure you get what you paid for.
